This is clearly a case for the repair shop - esp. if it is still covered by warranty (i.e. less than a year old.) WebJul 28, 2011 · A small white plastic piece has fallen off in back. White piece has small crack that seems repairable. I can't see where it fits back on. Keep getting "No Paper Feed" message since the paper isn't getting picked up by the rollers. The printer is trying to feed the paper and when it quits the top page has significant roller marks on it.
