WebWhat is this mysterious rash on the back of my scalp? Picked up somewhere in South East Asia 5 months ago (noticed it in Thailand). Didn't respond to fluconazole or nizoral shampoo. Rash is flat, red, not scaly but mildly itchy. Approx 5cm x 8cm. Not spreading. No noticeable hair loss. Any ideas?
