WebHiked this trail this morning. Followed the loop on this site and found it very easy technically but it was a workout. I'm 59 and in decent shape but not "in shape" so to speak. Map was accurate and I spent just under three hours on the loop - which included a number of short stops to take in the views. Probably a 2.5 hour loop otherwise. Great day for a hike.
