Web2, a good slow cooker helps. My cuisinart will switch from whatever setting I’m on to “warm” for an additional 4 hours. I’ve eaten things out my cooker that were in there 3 hours on warm and they still come out perfect. Honestly. I have yet to mess something up in my slow cooker.
