Webyeah happened to me, just had to go change gun belt/holster. I've done that several times, and it still wont show. To make matters worse, at one point during a mission, I couldn't even draw my second revolver, it wasnt in the selection wheel. Came back after I restarted the game after the mission. Patch gas really made my game buggier.
