As you've tried all kinds of things, I would suggest you do a character test. (If you use viewer 3, you will find the option to do so in the Develop menu, but on a 1.23 code based viewer, such as Phoenix, it's in the Advanced menu.)

Please take a moment to consider if … Web20 Aug 2024 · This could be due to 2 reasons: Your CPU does not support AVX (Advanced Vector Extension) thus cannot run the latest version. Choose the version without "AVX" in its name. Your Windows is not 64bit and thus cannot run neither of the latest two 64bit versions. Choose the version without "64x" in its name. This may also happen when some information about you gets lost on the way from one place to another. Don't worry, you aren't stuck this way forever!
